How KidPanda Started

Reading has always been my greatest love. As a child, storybooks were my escape, my adventure, and my window to the world. Growing up, I realized that this love for reading isn’t something most people stumble upon as adults. It’s a habit, a passion, that takes root during childhood.

But today’s kids face a challenge we didn’t: distractions. From endless TV shows to mobile games and the limitless internet, there’s so much competing for their attention. I wondered, how do we nurture a love for reading in a generation surrounded by so many distractions?

That’s when it hit me: kids need interesting stories—something exciting, something that sparks curiosity. And I knew exactly where to start.

You see, I’ve been fascinated by astronomy since 2001. Planets, stars, black holes—they’ve always amazed me. Space is vast, mysterious, and endlessly fascinating—just like the imagination of a child.

So, I decided to combine my two great loves: reading and astronomy. What better way to captivate young minds than with stories about the wonders of the universe?

That’s how my journey with KidPanda began: to create books that inspire curiosity, ignite imaginations, and help kids fall in love with reading.

I hope my little effort sparks a lifelong love for learning and exploration in the young minds I write for.
